Senior Associate, Transaction Control:twentyAI are partnering with aglobal private markets investment firm is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Transaction Control team. This is a key role within a high-performing group focused on ensuring data integrity, streamlining processes, and driving automation across financial operations.You’ll be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that works closely with third-party administrators and internal departments to improve the quality and reliability of financial data. This is a great opportunity to grow within a forward-looking, technology-driven environment. This is a hybrid role offering 3-days in the office.Key Responsibilities: Perform daily reconciliations (commitments, transactions, positions, unfunded commitments) between the firm and external stakeholders.Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks with internal and external parties.Lead or support projects focused on automation and process improvement, using Excel, VBA, and Business Objects.Build strong relationships through service reviews and proactive issue resolution.Work in a close-knit, collaborative team environment.Knowledge and Experience Required:Experience in financial operations, data control, or reconciliation.Strong Excel skills (VBA a plus, with support for development).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to prioritise and deliver under tight deadlines.Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.If interested please get in touch with Max Anderson at max.anderson@
