The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for styling and the brand, lead by example as well as being a trustworthy point of contact for the team. The Role:Reporting to the General Manager Supporting a team of 5 Sales AssociatesKey holder - Responsible for opening and closing store in absence of General Manager Meets personal and store sales goals.Delivering knowledge on clientelling and CRM functionsFocus on delivering the ultimate of client experience and building rapport with clients Assists in the training and development of sales staff Responsible for Health & Safety and maintenance of the storeDemonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise.Maintains a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends.Visual Merchandising: Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized and reflects the brand image at all timesEnsures deliveries are properly processed in a timely manner.Effectively relays any client feedback regarding successes and/or opportunities about productIdeal candidate: 1yrs + experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor within a fashion premium / luxury environment Experience managing and leading a team of 5 + staffPassionate and knowledgeable about fashionUses own initiative with the ability to be reliable to the sales teamDynamic interpersonal, written and verbal communicationDemonstrates a can do attitude to clients and colleaguesCasual / Smart and well-groomed in appearance.
