Job Specification and Main ResponsibilitiesAll potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying.We are looking for an Engineering Manager who can inject first-class leadership, planning discipline, and people-management expertise into a growing, multi-disciplinary R&D team comprising hardware electronics, embedded firmware, and software test engineers.Our integrated R&D team supports both the Roksan and Monitor Audio brands, with electronics engineering primarily focused on Roksans stereo Hi-Fi systems and the development of electronics-based platforms within the Monitor Audio product range. For detailed information on our technologies and product lines, visit roksan.com and monitoraudio.com.Youll work alongside two peer managers one leading firmware development and the other overseeing software testing who are responsible for day-to-day technical execution. Your role will focus on technical coordination, team development, project ownership (acting as the single point of truth for stakeholders), and strategic resource planning.
