You will support the sales team, maintain and grow client relationships, assist in launching new products, and provide administrative support to senior management.You will play a crucial part in ensuring we remain responsive, professional, and commercially sharp across all levels of communication from long-standing clients to new leads and global distributors. Key Responsibilities:Client & Distributor ManagementFollow up regularly with distributors and key accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunitiesRe-engage older or inactive clients and manage communications to drive returning businessRespond to new enquiries and assist in onboarding new partners or clinicsServe as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery of supportSales & Product SupportBe a key driver in the sale of Amedica products, generating revenue and exceeding targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.Assist in coordinating the launch of new products, including internal sales enablement and client-facing communicationsTrack sales progress and prepare regular updates, reports, and forecasts for the leadership teamMaintain a customer and distributor contact log and ensure follow-ups are actionedAssist in sending newsletters (e.g. for our products range and new launches) to keep clients informed and engagedA requirement to travel to see clients face-to-face in the London area for initial contact or follow up.Executive & Administrative SupportProvide direct support to senior leadership, including managing calls, follow-ups, diary management.Ensure no client messages or leads are left unanswered you are the communication safety net Qualifications / Requirements3+ years of experience in a Sales Representative, sales support, or account management role within the aesthetics, pharmaceutical, wellness, or skincare industry (preferred)Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, or related fieldExcellent English verbal and written communication skills, with a warm, confident toneHighly organised, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently to solve problemsProficient in CRM software, email marketing tools (e.g. Wix, Pipedrive), and basic data/reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets)Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment Personal AttributesA natural relationship-builder with a customer-first mindsetSolutions-focused and proactive you spot problems before they ariseDetail-oriented and precise, yet able to see the bigger pictureThrives in a role that blends sales, admin, communication, and excellence in customer service What We OfferCompetitive salary and progression opportunitiesDynamic, fast-paced work environment with global exposureAn opportunity to be part of a company at the forefront of innovation in aestheticsThe ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers.
