Based in the Midlands, this field-based role blends new business development and account management, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships while driving commercial success.Youll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing and dormant clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities within the recruitment sector. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys opening doors, meeting clients face-to-face, and nurturing long-term partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of clients (existing and dormant), developing relationships to maximise revenue potentialIdentify new prospects and extend account knowledge through research, outbound calls, and in-person meetingsManage your diary and arrange meetings to introduce Brookson's services to new and existing clientsSegment, qualify, and prioritise client portfolios, maintaining a robust and strategic contact planAttend industry networking and hospitality events to build and maintain strong client relationshipsWhat Were Looking For Proven outbound calling and lead generation experienceAt least 2 years of field sales experience or demonstrable success in a desk-based sales role and ready to make the step into field salesDemonstrated experience in researching, mapping, and nurturing new business opportunitiesA self-starter with excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsFull, clean UK driving licenceIn Return for Joining Us as a Senior Account Manager Here at Brookson, we want everyone to feel valued and have a sense of belonging.
