This is an outstanding opportunity to join a prestigious international law firm based in the heart of the City, supporting senior Partners within a high-performing and fast-paced Corporate department.This isnt your average PA role. If youre highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a varied role, this is the challenge youve been waiting for.What Youll Be Doing:Collaborating with finance teams to oversee billing, matter balances, and working capitalManaging the full matter lifecycle, from opening files and applying correct rates to drafting engagement letters and liaising with compliance teamsSupporting conflict checks and client due diligence, ensuring timely and accurate completion of the Client Matter Inception (CMI) processCoordinating complex diary and travel arrangements for senior stakeholdersOrganising internal and client events, including training sessions, inductions, and assessment centresProviding support to the centralised paralegal team and other key departmentsPlanning and booking intricate travel itineraries with a focus on efficiency and valueManaging meeting logistics, including preparation of documents, room bookings, and hospitalityOverseeing task management workflows to ensure timely and high-quality deliveryLiaising with document production teams for formatting and finalising legal and business documentsApplying excellent technical and organisational skills across a broad range of administrative support tasksEnsuring full compliance with internal risk, training, and governance policiesThe Candidate:At least 5 years experience supporting senior Partners in a leading City or international firm ideally from a professional services backgroundStrong written and verbal communication skills, with outstanding attention to detailA calm, professional, and proactive approach to managing a fast-paced workloadHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to embrace new technologyStrong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesA collaborative and positive team player with a genuine commitment to service excellenceThe Benefits & How to ApplyUp to 50,000 depending on experience26 days annual leave plus bank holidays - option to buy/sell 5 additional daysIncentive birthday day offPrivate health & dental careSeason ticket loans.Perk box discounts - High-street & gymGenerous pension schemeApply in the strictest of confidence online and or via telephone.Contact Tara Halliwell (Retained Consultant)Direct Dial: 0161 826 3140 Mobile: 0793 999 2563
