The Opportunity We’re hiring Senior Recruitment Consultants to drive business development, client delivery and lead recruitment initiatives across high-growth sectors such as Offshore Wind, Onshore Renewables and Transmission & Distribution. This is a senior position for experienced consultants who are ready to accelerate their careers in an organisation that rewards ambition and values sector specialism. Key Responsibilities * Build and manage strategic client relationships across Europe and further afield. * Deliver high-level contract recruitment solutions to global energy projects. * Mentor junior consultants and help shape a high-performance team culture. * Lead business development efforts to win new accounts and grow market share. * Act as a true market specialist, delivering insights and intelligence to your clients. * You’ll have your very own SDR (Sector Discipline & Region) to focus on so there’ll be no in-fighting but plenty of opportunities to share and collaborate with colleagues. What We’re Looking For * Strong background in 360 recruitment, ideally within energy, construction or technical markets. * Confident business developer with a track record of winning and growing client accounts. * Experience placing freelance/contract professionals is highly advantageous. * Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills. * Ambition to build a long-term career within a global, high-growth business. * A genuine interest in renewable energy and the transition to net zero. * Bright, sharp and switched on. * You must have the self motivation to succeed.
