Performance based bonus. Opportunities for career development and progression. What You’ll Be Doing: Support the National Account Manager in handling key retail and wholesale client accounts. Coordinate administrative tasks such as order tracking, promotional planning, and internal reporting. Maintain accurate records of account activity, promotions, and stock levels. Assist with preparing customer presentations, reports, and sales materials. Liaise with internal teams across supply chain, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless communication and execution. Help manage customer queries, product availability checks, and general account support. Monitor sales and customer data, supporting analysis to help guide strategy. What We're Looking For: Some experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role. FMCG or managing Amazon accounts experience is a plus. Organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills. A confident communicator who’s comfortable working with internal teams and external customers. Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow in a commercial environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
