Benefit from a generous holiday allowance of 28 days, including bank holidays, and access to an employee assistance programme.Package and Benefits:The Clinical Deputy Manager will receive:- An hourly rate of 27.80- Annual performance-related pay increases- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays- A 3% pension contribution- Access to Bonusly Points for recognition and rewards- Fully funded training and a financial bonus of up to 500 for relevant qualifications- Low-cost meals during shifts and short notice shift incentives- Free DBS check and provided uniformsAs a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:- Collaborate with the Home Manager and Clinical Lead to deliver high-quality nursing care- Support carers in providing personal care and daily activities- Administer medication and maintain accurate care plans- Promote residents' choice, dignity, and independence- Manage the care team and ensure care plans are regularly updated and evaluated- Ensure the home is a safe and desirable place for residents and staffThe ideal candidate for the Clinical Deputy Manager position will have :- A relevant professional qualification, such as RGN, RMN, or RNLD- At least three years of experience in a residential or nursing home setting, with one year involving dementia care- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure- Excellent communication and people skills- Flexibility with working hours and a caring, positive attitude- A driving licenceIf you have experience as a Deputy Home Manager, Nursing Manager, Care Home Manager, Senior Nurse, or Registered Nurse, you might find this role appealing.
