You will be skilled at listening to the voice of the child and working effectively with parents / carers and professionals from a range of agencies to improve the lived experience of children and young people in our care. You will be committed to building trusted relationshipswith our children, their families and their carers to help build and secure networks that will support our children into adulthood and beyond.We will provide a nurturing environment where your practice will flourish to contribute to positive outcomes for our children, young people and their families.
