As a Property Investment Sales Consultant/Portfolio Manager, you will work with high-converting leads in a vibrant Manchester office, alongside a supportive team of ambitious property professionals. Responsibilities: Guide clients through the Property Hub process Handle client inquiries Introduce and advise on investment opportunities Contact top industry leads Build and maintain client relationships Support clients in achieving their goals Suggest strategies for portfolio growth Champion client interests What We’re Looking For: Passion for property and a desire to develop your career through rapport-building. You should be energetic, creative, positive, and charismatic, with the ability to instill confidence in clients. Experience in property and client-facing roles, such as estate agency at senior sales or branch manager level, is highly beneficial.
