The Communications Executive is accountable for KAL’s marketing engagement activities, ensuring stakeholders, customer groups, partner and other interested parties are informed and bought in to campaigns, aware of product launches and updates and are actively involved in sharing and promoting to achieve the company’s sales and marketing objectives. Internal communications and events management is also a major part of this exciting role. Tailoring and creating content for these groups, the Stakeholder Communications Executive is very much a people-person and great communicator with a B2B marketing and communications background, as well as a passion for fintech. The Ideal Candidate ·Educated to degree-level in marketing or any relevant field (preferred) ·Eligibility to live and work in the place of application ·Strong visual creativity and copywriting skills ·Customer focused thinking ·Great communication and stakeholder management skills ·Flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines ·Great interpersonal and organisational abilities ·Able to get creative and generate ideas as needed ·Willing to learn and work across the full marketing mix ·Outgoing – a ‘people person’ with a passion for engagement and developing strong relationships Key Responsibilities ·Supporting our internal events programme (from product roadmap sessions to virtual sales conferences and in-person global staff conventions) ·Creating content and assets to support and educate our sales team on key product and campaign messaging ·Amplifying our prospect marketing campaigns and tailoring content for our partner network ·Building and maintaining strong relationships with key KAL stakeholders, acting as the lynch pin between marketing and the rest of the business ·Working with our subject matter experts to build case studies and testimonials ·Supporting the development of internal communications and activities to benefit staff engagement and culture ·Managing our weekly industry news bulletin and other internal communications ·Acting as brand guardian; maintaining and growing marketing assets and updates on our staff intranet ·Tracking and reporting on effectiveness of communications and marketing activities ·Creating and maintaining an internal calendar featuring key events, news, and activities for organisation-wide visibility, including external milestones ·Collaborating with team members on broader marketing activities About KAL KAL is a fast-growing, privately held fintech company, which is leading the market for ATM software solutions.
