Armagh - Fully on site roleOur Ideal PersonWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Compliance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all users across departments follow established procedures for data entry and software usage.This role includes creating and maintaining standard operating procedures for software products and processes comply with all relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.Duties And ResponsibilitiesEnsure Consistent Data Entry & UsageMonitor system usage across departments to ensure timely, accurate, and complete data entry. Identify gaps in data input and follow up with individuals or teams as needed. Escalate repeated issues to department heads or line managers with constructive feedback.Drive System Adoption & UtilizationWork with teams to identify underused features and opportunities for better adoption. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows within the software. Actively champion the system to promote consistent and effective use across the business.Training & OnboardingDevelop and deliver structured training sessions for new starters and existing users. Maintain up-to-date training materials and user documentation. Build and manage a training schedule tailored to roles and departments.Process & Documentation ManagementCreate, update, and enforce SOPs and workflows related to the software. Ensure all procedural documentation reflects current best practices and is easily accessible.Cross-Department CollaborationLiaise with teams across the business to understand operational needs and how the software supports them. Act as a bridge between end users and technical teams when enhancements or changes are needed.Reporting & Feedback LoopsTrack software usage metrics and share insights with management. Conduct regular check-ins with teams to gather feedback and suggest improvementsKnowledge, Skills And Experience RequiredStrong understanding of business systems and workflows. Confident communicator who can challenge constructively and provide support. Skilled in training delivery and creating clear documentation. Analytical mindset to spot usage trends and compliance gaps.
