Known for our collaborative culture and client-focused approach, we are now looking to expand our Commercial Property team with a dedicated and ambitious solicitor who shares our values and drive. The Role: As a Commercial Property Solicitor at Rothera Bray, you will manage a varied and stimulating caseload, advising a diverse portfolio of clients including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and commercial occupiers. You will work on matters including: Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals Commercial leases (granting, renewing, and terminating) Development site acquisition and disposal Landlord and tenant matters Secured lending and property finance Corporate support on commercial transactions You will be supported by a collaborative and experienced team, with access to high-quality work and opportunities for continued professional development. Candidate Profile: Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (minimum of 2+ years PQE) Experience in handling a wide range of commercial property matters Strong technical and drafting skills Client-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities A team player with a proactive and commercial mindset What We Offer: High value and Complex Legal work.
