Job Description We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a retail shop fitout project in Ealing. This is a long-term freelance opportunity ideally suited to professionals with a proven track record in fast-paced retailenvironments.Experiencemanaging fitouts for Tesco, Lidl, Aldi or similar major supermarket chains is a distinct advantage.KeyResponsibilities:*Lead and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget*Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team*Monitor health & safety and ensure full compliance with company and statutory requirements*Maintain site diaries, RAMS, permits, and progress reports*Ensure quality control and snagging procedures are enforced and completed*Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact on-site*Coordinate site logistics and oversee deliveryschedulesRequirements:*5+ years experience as a Site Manager in commercial/retail fitouts*Previous experience working on Tesco, Lidl, Aldi or similar supermarket projects highly desirable*SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold card ), and First Aid certifications*Strong understanding of construction health and safety legislation*Excellent organisational and communication skills*Ability to work independently and proactively manage subcontractors#J-18808-Ljbffr
