Sales Coordinator duties will include: * Dealing with internal and external customer enquiries regarding parts and components used in the installation, maintenance and repair of automatic and manual doors * Taking orders for parts and technical systems either via email or over the phone, * Dealing with customer credit enquiries * Carrying out and reporting on stock queries * Keeping up to date with the industry’s latest products and innovations * Deliver the best internal sales support possible to every customer Experience required for the Sales Coordinator role includes: * Previous experience working in an office-based, customer-focused role using a high degree of accuracy and data entry skills is essential * Experience of using a CRM ERP, MRP, or other online order processing system (possibly SAP, Sage etc) * Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to develop good relationships with people internally and externally * The ability to learn technical specifications of a wide range of products and retain the information to allow the highest possible level of customer service * Due to the location, candidates local to Bridgnorth, ideally with their own transport would be at an advantage, as public transport can be limited. Ideal areas to commute from include: Wolverhampton, Kidderminster, Kingswinford, Dudley, Telford, Shrewsbury, Much Wenlock, Ludlow, Cleobury Mortimer, Bewdley, Wombourne, Broseley, Kinver, Shifnal, Albrighton and Highley.
