Job Title: Secure Care Worker - Night Shifts - No Experience Required! Location: St Helens, Merseyside Hours: Night shifts, 2045hrs-0730hrs, working four on, four off (average 38 hours/week) Salary: £25,905 - £28,410 per year (pro rata) Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We're looking for individuals with a passion for working with young people to join our team as Secure Care Workers (Night Shifts) in our Secure Children's Home. No formal experience is required-just the drive to support and inspire young people who may be facing difficult challenges. We'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed. The Role: As a Night Shift Secure Care Worker, you'll play a crucial role in supporting young people aged 10 to 17 during the nighttime hours. You'll ensure their safety, wellbeing, and emotional support through the night, helping to provide a stable and nurturing environment. You'll work on a four on, four off rota, covering night shifts from 20:45 to 07:30, averaging 38 hours per week. Your responsibilities will include: Providing overnight care and supervision in a secure, supportive setting Supporting the emotional wellbeing of young people during nighttime hours Responding calmly and appropriately to any incidents or needs during the night Ensuring a safe and structured environment is maintainedThis is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact, even when the world is sleeping.
