Job Title: Director of Operations Salary £110,000 - £120,000 Car Allowance 10% Bonus Overview: This leadership role oversees short-term production planning, finishing scheduling, and finishing production operations. The Director of Operations ensures the achievement of key operational metrics, including on-time delivery, production efficiency, inventory accuracy, product quality, and safety standards (including food safety compliance). Key Responsibilities: * Direct daily operations across production planning and finishing to meet corporate goals for schedule attainment, productivity, and cost efficiency. * Lead global logistics and supply chain functions, optimizing freight and warehouse capacity while managing performance and total cost. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational excellence and global customer service. * Oversee site capacity planning and ensure capital and staffing needs align with budgetary guidelines. * Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with corporate values and growth targets.
