This role will be crucial in executing our marketing programme, with a particular focus on the seamless delivery of our UK events. Working closely with the Head of UK Marketing & PR, you will play a vital role in bringing our initiatives to life, ensuring precision, impact, and alignment with our business OKRs.ResponsibilitiesEvents management and deliveryManage end-to-end planning, organisation, and execution of all UK-based events (e.g., industry conferences, workshops, client entertaining, internal gatherings).Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, supplier management, AV, catering, registration, attendee communications, and on-site support.Work closely with the Head of UK Marketing & PR to align event strategy with overall marketing goals.Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenditure and reporting on ROI.Post-event, manage lead capture, follow-up activities, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Marketing campaign executionSupport in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels.Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and promotional assets, ensuring brand consistency.Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product) to gather necessary content and approvals for marketing initiatives.Communications supportAssist in drafting and proofreading marketing communications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.Support coordination of PR activities, including media monitoring and reporting.Work with Insight and Communications to maximise impact of owned channels.Performance & project managementDefine and track KPIs for all marketing and PR activities, reporting on progress and identifying areas for optimisation.Ensure all marketing and PR programmes hit key deadlines and deliverables, maintaining a high standard of execution.Project coordination & administrationDelivery of tasks and projects set by marketing lead, ensuring deadlines are met.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities and contribute to regular reporting on campaign performance.Manage marketing calendars and ensure all programmes and deliverables are in sync across the wider marketing team.Maintain and organise marketing assets and resources.Required experience/ skillsDemonstrable experience in coordinating and executing a variety of events, from small client gatherings to larger industry forums.Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to project management.Proficient in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely.Experience in creating and preparing marketing materials.A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.Ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned tasks.A passion for the digital advertising and publishing industry.You will beAn exceptional organiser and a highly reliable deliverer.Detail-oriented and focused on execution.Proactive, resourceful, and a problem-solver.A strong communicator and a collaborative team member.Adaptable and eager to get stuck in with diverse marketing tasksAbout the processWe aim to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace and we are committed to building a team that reflects a wide variety of skills, perspectives and backgrounds.We are an equal opportunities employer, hiring solely on merit and business need.
