A specialist manufacturer in Abingdon is looking for an experienced assembler with wiring and soldering experience to join their growing production team.Considering making an application for this job Check all the details in this job description, and then click on Apply.This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in mechanical and electrical assembly, who is also confident working alone or as part of the team in a hands-on environment.Key Responsibilities:Carry out wiring of systems and products using electrical drawings and technical instructionsParticipate in the mechanical assembly of components and full systemsFostering a positive and productive work environmentIdentify areas for improvement, and liaise with supervisors to resolve issuesEnsure all health, safety, and quality control procedures are followedSkills & Experience Required:Proven experience in an assembly role, with strong wiring and hand soldering skillsComfortable using hand tools and power toolsPrevious experience in a manufacturing or engineering environmentExcellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret technical drawings and instructionsEffective communicator, able to coordinate across departments and with senior managementProactive, organised.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced production assembler looking to join a company that values precision, collaboration, high-quality work and it's staff.Salary offered is between 24,500 - 26k depending on experience, a quarterly company performance bonus, 25 days holiday, pension, hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
