In this varied role, you'll support the Q&A Manager and HSEQ & Assurance Lead to ensure compliance across the client estate, working to meet contractual, legal, and certified standards.Job DescriptionYoull be involved in a range of activitiesfrom reporting on incidents and tracking audit findings, to maintaining systems, analysing data, and training users.Its a great opportunity to develop your skills in reporting, data insight, compliance, health and safety, and auditing, with exposure to multiple areas of governance and risk.This is an ideal entry point for someone looking to build a career in assurance or compliance within a supportive, hands-on environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Quality Assurance team with daily tasksManage internal systems effectivelyIssue regular reports and dashboardsReport on waste and sustainability for both client and ISSAbout YouExcellent MS Office skills and an advanced Excel userAble to interpret large data sets using Excel; PowerBI experience desirableExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsSkilled in producing data visualisations and dashboards for business reportingStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyExperience with Governance, Risk and Compliance desirableEffective communicator with ability to explain data insights to all stakeholdersThe CompanyISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
