This role has no BD required it is pure focus on high quality delivery across a spectrum of interesting tech roles including DevOps, Infrastructure, Cloud and more.They hold at the centre of their business:Trust and respectTransparencyGrowth and earning opportunityCollaboration for unified successFun and in person interactions (as a team and with candidate and clients)The roleWorking alongside another Delivery consultant you will have an abundance of work from day 1, and close mentorship from senior team members to ensure you feel supported and informed to perform to the best of your ability.Your tasks will include:SourcingTaking in-depth role briefs and internal team collaboration on role filling strategyWriting and posting engaging job adverts across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, company site)Searching for candidates using databases, LinkedIn, and other sourcing toolsConducting CV screening and shortlisting suitable applicantsProactively headhunting and networking to find passive candidatesBuilding and maintaining talent pools for future opportunitiesReaching out to and engaging candidates through calls, messages, and emailsCandidate ManagementConducting initial candidate phone/video screenings to assess skills, experience, and motivationsScheduling interviews between candidates and clientsPreparing candidates for interviews, providing tips and insights on company culture and expectationsGathering and delivering interview feedback to candidatesManaging the candidate journey through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experienceNegotiating offers and handling counteroffers where neededCollaboration:Liaising with internal teams to understand client needs and role requirementsSupporting the recruitment team with market intelligence and candidate feedbackContributing to team meetings, brainstorms, and strategy sessionsCollaborating with marketing on campaigns to attract candidatesThe Ideal candidate:At least 1.5 years in a Delivery Consultant or Resourcer position, 180 or 270 with a proven track record of delivering into technical roles by:Quickly learning job briefsManaging effective sourcing initiatives and longlistingExceptional candidate engagementDeep candidate qualification skills and candidate controlRunning water tight processesGreat communicator and works well with colleagues internally to collaborateStrong morals, no shady sales tacticsChatty and outgoing, happy to get involved with the vibrant and upbeat teamAlways happy to get stuck in and motivated by personal and group successLondon based alreadyAble to share a breakdown of your last years recruitment results.Delivery Consultant (Resourcer) 18030,000 base + & uncapped commission & benefitsCentral London4 Days in office1.5 years Experience +The interview process is 2 stages and you will have the opportunity to meet the whole team to ensure it is also the right career move for you.All applications are treated with total discretion.
