As we move into an exciting phase of expansion, we're looking for an Infrastructure & Support Engineer to help us take our services to the next level.What You'll Do:Deliver reliable, high-quality IT support to our clients.Work across technologies including:Microsoft 365 for BusinessWindows OS (modern and legacy)Mac OS & Apple hardwareDevice management and network infrastructureEthernet cabling, switching, WAN technologies (4G, Starlink, DSL, Fibre)Support on-site, remote, and hybrid setups.Occasionally travel to client sites.What Were Looking For:Recent hands-on IT support experience.A proactive, professional, and approachable attitude.A full clean UK driving licence and access to a car/van.The right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship).Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (paid for by us).Bonus if you have experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.What Youll Get:35,00040,000 salary (open to negotiation)Company laptop and mobile phoneFlexible working hours and hybrid options22 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + your birthday offPerformance-related salary progressionMileage expensesWhy Join Us?This is more than just a job.
