A leading Independent IT Infrastructure and Services Consultancy is looking for a SAP Technical Analyst within the SAP Logistics Execution areas with exposure to Plant Maintenance and/or Production Planning and Sales and Distribution (SD) areas.Ready to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below.3-month contract initially to start ASAP, Hybrid role based in Hatfield 1 day per week. Inside IR35The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a service and maintenance-orientated environment and be technically proficient in the related areas of SAP.Experience RequiredStrong technical experience of E2E Materials Management, Sales and Logistics Execution processes in SAP Warehouse ManagementUnderstanding of service and maintenance contract management ideally in the Information Technology businessIntegration experience/experience in cross-platform development projectsExperience of implementing solutions in the areas of Logistics, Sales, Plant maintenance or ProductionExposure to Plant Maintenance and/or Production Planning and the supporting logistics processesStrong experience in Warehouse ManagementThorough technical understanding of systems integration ideally using SAP PI and Proxy ClassesSolid technical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret & present data clearly.Ability to be hands-on, self-motivated and a can-do attitude.Ability to collaborate and work with other team members and cross-functional in other areas of the business.Strong personal ownership and highly delivery focused.Strong communicator verbally and in writing, with keen listening skillsWell-organised, self-disciplined, and motivatedExperience with integration testing between IT Service Management tools & SAPResponsibilitiesAct as a core member of an agile, dynamic focused team driven by business change and continuous improvement.Collaboration with internal staff, business programme managers and third-party suppliers and partners.Provide an interface between the technical development teams and the Lead Business AnalystPeer reviewing the technical teams development items and supporting the system integrating testing by executing required tests when requiredEnsure that systems' development is consistent with the defined specifications and that cross-platform requirements deliverables are aligned effectively, to ensure smooth interaction between systems.
