If you have a dynamic set of skills that you want to put to the test, the team will be right for you.The ideal candidate thrives when given the independence to manage their projects end-to-end, taking full ownership of their work, and ensuring everything they do supports the growth of the product.Day to Day:Your day-to-day tasks and responsibilities will include the following, but definitely wont be limited to:Research, plan, design and deliver features based on product roadmaps or client requestsIndependently manage feature delivery, meeting quality standards and deadlinesWork with clients to provide bespoke solutionsProvide support to the rest of the team, utilising your strengths and skillsAdhere to, and seek to improve internal code standardsUse a range of cloud services and other 3rd party servicesTroubleshoot and resolve production issuesRespond to client queries and provide technical support to customersTech Stack:Their stack is an end-to-end Typescript monorepo. A Vue client application with a Firebase backend. They use a variety of other micro-services and third party providers to ensure we are able to deliver quickly, with the right technology. Their team is encouraged to research, learn and implement new technologies within their ecosystem. They encourage the use of modern tooling, including AI to maximise your productivity and reach beyond your grasp.Their performance is assessed based on output.Have you exceeded client expectations, is the feature quality exceptional, have you added value to the product or improved the user experience?We have embraced a fully remote working environment with flexible working arrangements to give you the freedom to produce high-quality work on your terms. You will need to work on UK timezone office hours.Experience:TypescriptSoftware Engineer Hiring Q2 2025 2Vue.JS 2Firebase Functions & FirestoreAWSFigma25 years of professional engineering experience, ideally in a startup, SaaS, or fast-moving product environment.Technical StrengthSolid foundation in TypeScriptExposure to cloud platforms Firebase or similar technology is helpful or some form of backend based Typescript knowledge (NodeJs Express apps/ Lambda Functions/ Azure Functions).
