You will take charge of configuring, supporting, and managing Transport Management System (TMS) solutions across Contract Logistics and Control Tower operations. Ensure the successful delivery of new business implementations and change requests, while maintaining high standards of service and system performance. We are recruiting a TMS Solutions Analyst to support and deliver transport management services across a range of customer accounts and new business launches globally.How You Will ContributeChange ManagementAssess and analyse change requests from internal and external customers.Document requirements and coordinate with software suppliers for estimates and delivery.Review and approve functional and technical statements of work.Create and execute test plans, manage defect resolution, and coordinate deployments in line with change management policies.Technical SupportProvide first-line IT support for TMS-related issues.Liaise with TMS software providers and internal service desks to resolve incidents.Conduct root cause analysis and ensure timely communication and resolution of support tickets.Participate in an on-call rota for priority support.New Business Solution DesignContribute to solution design and cost modelling for new customer opportunities.Present technical product information during RFQ processes and customer workshops.Define assumptions, deliverables, and scope for new business launches.CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams including PMO, IT Solutions, Infrastructure, Security, and Integration teams.Support global and regional operations with TMS expertise and coordination.What You Will BringQualificationsTMS software training or certification is a plus.Strong communication and coordination skills.Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.ExperienceBackground in logistics, transport, or supply chain.Experience with TMS or WMS systems and working with geographically dispersed teams.Exposure to global solution design and third-party SaaS provider management.SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.Detail-oriented and results-driven.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with SDLC and enterprise IT solutions.Willingness to travel up to 25% globally.Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.CompensationDP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
