Youll be encouraged to learn as much as you possibly can, along with taking as much responsibility for solving issues.Its the ideal environment for you to join if you like taking the bull by the horns and suggesting new ways of doing things. Of course, youll need to ensure your solution is fit for purpose and is tested thoroughly before deploying.Its expected that this could be the second or third role of your career. This role will sit between the Infrastructure team and the Support team. While youll be coming into the support team, you'll be the escalation point for 1st and 2nd line engineers.You'll likely be solving complex issues, working closely with the Infrastructure team, and scoping out your own projects.Youre going to need to have experience in a similar IT role in a Microsoft environment. Youll of course need to have strong PowerShell and Windows experience. The rest will be down to your approach to problem-solving and your ability to work closely with your colleagues.Theres no set compensation range here, each offer delivered for each role is based on your situation and your requirements.
