Digital Account Manager (Paid Media Activation) - Leading Independent Media AgencyHave you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.Hybrid working Central LondonDisplay, Paid Social & PPC.An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing digital activation team at a leading, independently owned media agency.This is a client-facing role focused on digital media activation across Paid Social, YouTube, and Partner Direct buys, supporting high-profile campaigns for a mix of brands mainly in the entertainment space.You'll work end-to-end across digital campaign planning and buying, optimisation, and reporting while also playing a key role in contributing to innovation within the agency's digital capability.Key ResponsibilitiesManage digital media activation across Paid Social, YouTube, and Partner Direct buys for your clients.Set up and optimise campaigns across key digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and performance.Manage regular client communication and client reports, providing insight, analysis, and strategic recommendations.Lead post-campaign analysis (PCAs), quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and buying reviews.Contribute to innovation and testing plans, supporting the senior team in developing digital roadmaps.Oversee day-to-day activity of the team and respond to ad hoc client requests.Champion the use of new digital platforms and technologies to enhance campaign performance.Recommend improvements to working practices to enhance the agencys digital planning and buying function.Key Skills & ExperienceProven experience working in a media agency digital activation/or biddable role.Strong platform knowledge, including hands-on experience with: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager (including YouTube), TikTok Ads Manager, and PrismaIn-depth understanding of best practices across paid digital platforms.Confident communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.A willingness to learn, develop new skills, and stay current on platform updates and media innovations.Whats on OfferHybrid working model (3 days in office), with flexible start times to ease the commute.Annual performance-related bonus.Comprehensive agency benefits packageIndustry leading training & career development scheme, where progression is based on meritFun brands to work with and lots of opportunity to make an impact - working at an award-winning, fast-growing agency thats thriving and expanding across teams.
