This role will play a vital part in enhancing our brand presence, engaging our audience, and driving sales through effective marketing strategies social media campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, creative in their approach to marketing and brand, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing brand presence on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. This includes creating and scheduling engaging content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.Content Creation: Develop creative and visually appealing content for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and product descriptions. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.Influencer Outreach: Identify and reach out to industry professionals for collaboration opportunities, product reviews, and partnerships. Create a community for influencers and brand ambassadors through communication and help coordinate influencer campaigns.Campaign Support: Assist and communicate with freelancers in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns to promote new products, seasonal promotions, and special events. This may include creating graphics, writing copy, and coordinating with external vendors.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging beauty trends related to brows. Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team based on market research and consumer behaviour.Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse social media metrics, website traffic, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms. Prepare regular reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations with the team.Customer Engagement: Monitor customer feedback and reviews on social media and other online platforms.
