As an ERP Implementation Consultant, you'll help our clients customers adopt their next-generation ERP platform. You’ll guide them through every step—from understanding their business operations to training their teams and configuring their systems.You’ll:Lead discovery sessions to map customer processes and identify improvementsConfigure the system to align with each customer’s unique operationsDeliver training, support, and guidance to users throughout the projectEncourage customers to challenge old ways of working and embrace changeWork closely with Project Leaders, Data Analysts, and Support teamsDeliver most projects remotely, with occasional on-site visits to build strong client relationshipsWe welcome candidates who:Have experience implementing ERP or other business software solutions ORCome from a background in accounts, inventory, warehousing, or distribution and want to move into software consultancyYou’ll also need to:Understand how operational processes work in a business settingCommunicate clearly and confidently with customers at all levelsBe tech-savvy and eager to become a product expertWork well independently and as part of a teamStay organised across multiple projectsHold a UK driving licence and own a carKey ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the customer journey during implementationAnalyse and map business processes to software functionalityTrain users on system features and best practicesConfigure systems to meet operational requirementsProvide expert guidance and ongoing support through go-liveTrack project milestones and work with internal teams to resolve issuesKeep up to date with software updates and new features
