You will provide expert adviceto both employers and employees on a range of employment issues, including managing Employment Tribunal claims, handling TUPE, redundancy and workplace disputes. You will also draft and negotiate settlement agreements, employment contracts and staff handbooks.About you:To be considered for this Employment Solicitor role, you must have at least 3-8 years PQE in employment law, along with strong experience in handling Employment Tribunal claims and complex cases.
