The Role The Town Council is seeking an experienced communications and marketing specialist to lead its internal and external communications, driving engagement and enhancing public awareness of the council's work and Lewes town. With a broad remit, no two days are alike. You'll oversee their website, social media and public relations while advising other teams on communications strategy. You might be supporting major council initiatives and public consultations one day, and the next, working on council-led public events such as heritage celebrations and writing press statements on key service updates.
