Our client, a reputable and Legal 500 Midlands-based firm, are looking to recruit a Private Client Paralegal to join their team based in Cannock.Skills, Experience, Qualifications, If you have the right match for this opportunity, then make sure to apply today.This role will involve the following duties;Attending client meetings and preparation of attendance notesLiaising with clients regarding arranging meetings and case progressionAssisting with and building up to the preparation of Wills and Powers of AttorneyAssisting with and building up to the preparation of Probate ApplicationsProgression of matters including letters to clients on Wills and LPA matters, assisting with Estate administrationPrior experience in Private Client is preferred, and prior legal experience is essential.
