Their award-winning team are ranked in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 and now seeks a confident and experienced senior associate (5+ PQE) to join them. Youll enjoy genuine flexibility plus clear opportunities for career progression.The Role:Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters.Advise clients on high value sales and purchases, financing and de-enveloping on houses, flats and off plan new builds.Work on Transfer of Equity & Deeds of Variation, End-to-End Property Transactions and have New Build and Leasehold ExpertisePlay a key part in a collaborative and supportive residential property team.You must be professional, motivated, and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills with a working knowledge of document and case management systems. You will also have excellent client care skills, the ability to work constructively under pressure and to meet deadlines.
