Position: Cleaning Service Support ManagerLocation: OxfordHours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hoursWorking patterns: Flexible to the Client's needsCheck below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.Here at Mitie we are looking for a Cleaning Service Support Manager to build relationships and rapport with contract clients at the John Radcliffe Hospital.Main duties:Complete audit inspections for the site,Review performance of delivery against the Service Level Agreement and Cleaning Specification,Manage and implement employee wages, rota's, performance meetings and schedules,Deliver adequate Health & Safety compliance, following the clients statutory Fire and Safety regulations to mitigate potential risks,Liaising with Stakeholders and Clients with clear communication,Managing budget control, ordering materials for the Hospital and booking training sessions for the team,What we are looking for:Background in Cleaning / Healthcare settingsExperience in managing and ensuring excellent service delivery to various client contractsExcellent management skills including strong organisation and time management abilitiesA driven, motivated and problem solving mannerGreat customer service skills to liaise with clients effectivelyPrevious management experience in managing soft services/cleaning within a Hospital or Healthcare environment of facilities managementExcellent customer service with good communication skills and a good understanding of written and verbal EnglishIT literacy in Microsoft packages but especially Microsoft OfficeA Health and Safety IOSH qualification is also desirable
