What You'll Be Doing: Processing customer orders and keeping clients updated every step of the way Handling enquiries via phone, email and web, offering clear, friendly support Supporting the sales team with day-to-day admin and customer communication Making outbound service calls to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction Processing returns and credits in line with procedures Following internal processes (SOPs) and contributing to improvements over time Being a team player-professional, proactive, and happy to get stuck in What We're Looking For: A confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport Great attention to detail-especially when it comes to handling orders and customer details Someone who can stay organised, prioritise tasks and work independently when needed A team-first attitude with a friendly, flexible approach Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Previous customer service experience is essential-retail or hospitality experience is very welcome!
