Job Description: We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team and provide exceptional care to a young male with complex healthcare needs in Tunbridge Wells. Our client requires support due to a spinal cord injury and mental health care needs. Key Requirements: Compassion, integrity, and dedication are essential. Ability to integrate seamlessly into a multidisciplinary team. Strong literacy skills, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in written care records. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Genuine passion for making a positive difference in people's lives. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
