ResponsibilitiesAssisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their specific needs. Supporting residents with a wide range of requirements from companionship to personal care. Being part of a team supporting nurses or senior care assistants in monitoring residents and reporting changes. Communicating with residents’ families, friends, and other healthcare professionals. Because we care for vulnerable people, a DBS check is required as part of the recruitment process. Bupa will cover the cost (£40).
