If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join BHRUT as a Student Nursing Associate. The role of the Nursing Associate is to bridge the gap between Healthcare Assistant (HCA) and Registered Nurse in providing care. The Student Nursing Associate will work towards becoming a Nursing Associate through a training programme that includes a level 5 Foundation Degree equivalent qualification. You will develop your skills through work-based learning and the Nursing Associate apprenticeship programme delivered by the Open University. The post will start in September 2025. To be eligible for an Apprenticeship, you must: Be 18 years old or over Have the right to work in the UK (without restrictions) Have been permanently resident in the UK for the past 3 years We welcome applications from those with lived experience of the care system. Responsibilities include working as part of a clinical and care team, delivering care focused on the individual’s needs, and carrying out delegated clinical tasks under supervision. You will work with a Practice Supervisor and Practice Assessor to develop your clinical competence, leadership, and reflective practice skills, both in the workplace and through the apprenticeship training.
