The role of the Nursing Associate is to bridge the gap between Healthcare Assistant (HCA) and Registered Nurse in providing care. The Student Nursing Associate will work towards becoming a Nursing Associate through a training programme that includes a level 5 Foundation Degree equivalent qualification. You will develop your skills through work-based learning and the Nursing Associate apprenticeship programme delivered by the Open University. The post will start in September 2025.
