Operations Postal Assistant (Part Time)Department:Operations Employment Type:Part Time Location:Leeds, UK Compensation:Up to £24,500 / yearDescriptionAs we enter an exciting phase of growth, we're looking for an enthusiastic temporary Operations Postal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support our Operations team with a range of administrative duties, in a fast paced environment.Day to day you will assist with administrative tasks including sorting post, scanning, and printing client letters. You will support other duties such as updating systems accurately and contacting providers to gather updates for our teams. Additionally, you will support our Front of House team and make telephone calls to clients to provide updates, where requested.You will need a keen eye for detail, ensuring your work is accurate and clients receive the right information, in a timely and professional manner. You will also use your organisational skills to keep on top of your tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and work is competed to a high standard. You will proactively communicate with your colleagues, ensuring they are kept up to date and the team is achieving the best possible client service.Working hours:Part time working hours can be discussed. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Operational team with administrative tasks - this will primarily involve sorting high volumes of incoming post, scanning, and printing/posting client letters. Adding correspondence updates to our systems, ensuring the Client Executives are aware of incoming mail and progress in client cases. Provide support to the Client Executives with calling providers for updates on ongoing client cases. Provide cover and support to Front of House team including reception duties, concierge, and client meetings (as required).Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseExperienced in working with a team and committed to supporting your colleagues. High client/customer service standards. Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and able to manage time effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
