The School are seeking new support staff members, with opportunities for Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant and more, beginning as soon asJune 2025 . Do you meet the required criteria for this role? Ideally qualified at degree level - desirable, not essential to those with child-based experience. Child-Based Work Experience - ideally within an educational setting. Positive Behaviour Management Skills. Experience supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN). Experience supporting Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH). SEN-specific qualifications (desirable). Excellent Communication Skills. Enhanced DBS Checked, with valid subscription to the Update Service (or willing to apply for this). Based within Amersham, or reliably commutable to this area.
