We have a fantastic opportunity for an Improvement Business Partner to join our team here at Xentrall HR Services, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.Xentrall HR Services delivers comprehensivePayroll and Recruitment supportto bothStockton and Darlington Borough Councils, as well as to a wide network ofschools and academies.In this pivotal role, you will be responsible forestablishing and leading a dynamic teamdedicated to enhancing the performance of our wider HR Services. Your focus will be ondriving service improvements, increasing operational efficiency, and identifyinginnovative opportunities for future growth.We are seeking aproven leaderwith substantial experience inHR administration and payroll operations, ideally within thepublic sector.
