Skills and experience required to be a successful Branch Manager - Estate Agent:Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager or a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuerlooking to progress Demonstrable Sales Managementexperience Able to generate new business in a target drivenenvironment Proven experience managing, leading and mentoringa team Outstanding customer care / customer service experience Resilient, positive , organised, numerate and detail oriented Excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills IT literate(MS Office, internet, email systems) A Full UK driving licence Established over 65 years ago,Miller Countrywideis one of the largest and best-known residential estate agencies in the South West of England.
