You will cook & present dessert dishes for the hotel menus to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen. You will be responsible for creating high-quality pastry dishes with standard recipes and presentations to maintain quality standards and product consistency. You will support team members daily with any queries and issues, engaging with them to ensure well-being and satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist management in driving and delivering positive results.
