We celebrate specialisation and the complexity of coffee, but we believe the best businesses stay grounded listening, adapting, and always led by the people they serve.About the role:Were looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead day-to-day brand activity and ensure we show up with clarity and impact across all touchpoints. Youll manage a small team and take ownership of how Volcano demonstrates its value in trade. You'll be responsible for delivering measurable impact across events, content, partnerships and merchandising where we'll rely on you to deliver both brand consistency and meaningful engagement.What you'll do: Champion brand consistency and ensure all marketing activities and design touchpoints are delivered within brand guidelinesDefine and deliver the overall trade marketing strategy by channel aligned to both the brand and business (growth, revenue and volume) goalsDecide on operational priorities and direct, lead and develop a high performing marketing teamLead development and execution of new product, new channel and brand opportunitiesDefine and deliver campaigns and promotions specifically to support growth in the trade channelSet departmental OKRs and manage/ support your team to meet and exceed themEmbrace your role as a leader both in the marketing function and across the broader businessSkills and experience desired:Minimum of 7 years experience in marketing and marketing management roles (with some FMCG or F&B experience)Experience leading a team of a similar size (two direct reports while working closely with digital marketing and sales teams)Strong trade marketing experience, including content creation across all digital channels (both written and visual) and events/ activation expertiseExperience in innovation and bring-to-market NPDStrong commercial acumen, comfortable leading commercial negotiations with customer and suppliersKnowledge of speciality coffee is an advantage but not mandatoryGrowth and big picture mindset that can align marketing activity and the commercial goals of the businessThe important details:Full time (Monday Friday.
