In this role, you will support the execution of visual standards across our boutiques and contribute to creating an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the LUCA FALONI aesthetic.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the implementation of seasonal visual merchandising guidelines across storesSupport product presentation, window displays, and in-store styling to align with brand identityEnsure consistency of visual standards across all touchpoints, including fixtures, lighting, and signageCollaborate closely with the retail, marketing, and merchandising teamsConduct regular store visits and provide feedback on visual executionSupport in the planning and setup of store openings and promotional eventsAbout YouExperience or education in visual merchandising, retail design, or fashion is preferredStrong eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling through product presentationProactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working both independently and collaborativelyPassion for menswear, luxury retail, and the LUCA FALONI brandWhy Join Us At LUCA FALONI, you will be part of a passionate, creative, and international team dedicated to excellence and innovation in luxury retail.
