Head South Hair are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator and Social Media Coordinator to take our brand to the next level. Located in the heart of Battersea, Northcote Road, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional services and unforgettable experiences to our clientele. We’re seeking someone who can elevate our digital presence and engage our growing community across our platforms - Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedInThis is a FULL TIME and ON-SITE position, our working days are Tuesdays to Saturdays What we offer: £28K to £32K based on experiencePerformance bonus scheme - up to 10% of annual salaryWell-being package - access to retail discounts, cinemas, events, gym memberships and wellness activities.Referral program - up to £500 cash bonus.Attendance to exclusive Fashion Events.Exposure working with A-list clients and Multinational Brands.Hair services for free (T’s and C’s apply).Exceptional staff discount for products.Opportunities to develop in other areas as we grow (Marketing Strategy, Event Management, Management and Operations)Modern and inclusive Team Member’s areas.Responsibilities: Content Creation & Storytelling:Produce high-quality, scroll-stopping content (photos, videos, Reels, Stories) showcasing our services, stylists, and client transformations.Develop a consistent brand aesthetic and voice aligned with Head South Hair’s identity across all our platforms with presence (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)Film and edit behind-the-scenes salon content, tutorials, and trend highlights.Social Media Strategy & Growth:Manage daily posting, scheduling (using tools like Later or Sprout Social), and community engagement (comments, DMs)Collaborate with stylists and influencers for co-created content and campaigns.Quality & Analytics:Capture pictures and videos from clients to track results consistency. Track performance metrics (engagement, follower growth) and adjust strategies accordinglyStrategy & Partnerships:Design social media strategies and packages to enable collaborations with high profile clients.Spearhead partnerships with brands or local businesses for cross-promotionsQualifications: Proven experience in content creation and social media management.Strong proficiency with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn).Skilled in photography, videography, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).Excellent copy-writing skills and ability to craft compelling captions and stories.Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data.Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience working in the beauty industry is desirableHow to apply: Please send your CV and portfolio showcasing content creation work, include a brief cover letter.
