What Youll Be Doing:Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, driving workforce and talent plansLead complex change management (TUPE, restructures, redeployments)Deliver people analytics to support talent strategies and business decisionsSupport and coach managers on performance, engagement, and employee relationsDrive succession planning, talent management, and leadership developmentShape reward strategy and oversee pay review/benchmarkingSupport bids, audits, and contract tenders from a People perspectiveManage escalated ER cases, including immigration and settlement agreementsDevelop HR team members through mentoring and leadership What You Bring:CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experienceStrong business acumen and confident HR expertiseProven experience in strategic partnering and complex HR change projectsSkilled in ER, employment law, people analytics, and talent developmentExcellent communicator and relationship builderCalm under pressure, detail-focused, and highly organisedFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel as neededBe part of a mission to improve healthcare through peopleWork with a talented HR team in a fast-paced, meaningful sectorLead initiatives that shape careers and create lasting impactWhat's in it for youWe offer a fantastic benefits package, which is available through a mobile-enabled rewards platform, called InJoy.
