However, our commitment to creating a better food system also extends beyond professional kitchens to a strong community of home consumers across the US and the UK.On the way, we have been named a Sunday Times Fast Track 100 Company, appeared on the Financial Times list of Europes fastest-growing companies, and proudly received a GQ Food & Drinks Sustainability Award.ABOUT THE JOBNatoora is looking for a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for business and growth strategies for Natooras two key retail accounts, Ocado and Waitrose.We have been a premium partner of Ocado for 10 years, and having recently expanded our Waitrose relationship, this is a great opportunity for an experienced account manager to further grow the consumer sales side of Natooras business.You will have a strong background and several years experience in a comparable, high-volume, competitive eCommerce or sales environment. You will be able to demonstrate working effectively and efficiently across multiple teams to achieve key business goals.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop strategies for sustainable growthDefine and manage the roadmap for these sales channels and coordinate across departments to maximise growth through our retail partnersCreate and implement the promotional strategyUse data to analyse the success of strategies and further drive performanceSales and margin reportingFull P&L responsibilityConduct joint business plan negotiationsBe the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including C-level managementWork with Brand team to plan and coordinate marketing strategy to reflect company goalsEnsure any problems that arise are dealt with smoothly and promptly by the appropriate teamsWork closely with Buying, Pricing and Operations to ensure that KPIs are being metAbout youExperience in a similar role executing joint business plans and achieving ambitious and measurable goalsProactive, problem solving and calm under pressureAble to communicate and work across departmentsExcellent, professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsAble to interpret financial and sales data and resultsHighly analyticalWell organised and able to work to deadlinesExperience and knowledge of the food industry is desirable but not essentialProficient use of excel is essential and experience of Tableau of a similar tool would be an assetPERKSNatoora produce at a significant discountDaily meals.
