We are first and foremost a great team full of ambitious and proactive individuals whose goal is to become the best professionals they can be and make Digital Silk a globally renowned digital agency.Our quest for excellence has resulted in our company’s growth and continuous need for outstanding team members.The Client Partner is a senior leadership role, accountable for Growing Client Accounts and responsible to:Help our sales team sell inbound leads and upsell existing clients on solutions to grow their business onlineFoster relationships with existing clientsEnsure all work performed by our team is to their high-quality standardsLead various team members on branding, website, and marketing projectsIdentify where we can add more value to clientsEnsure we retain and secure clients long-termWe are seeking a senior-level Client Partner with proven TECHNICAL and SALES expertise in building brands online and GROWING RELATIONSHIPS that meet the following requirements:Over 10 years of experience in leading teams on client projectsEffective at building relationships with clients and bringing insights and ideas to grow relationshipsAble to sell and overcome challengesExpertise in managing and selling custom websites, digital marketing campaigns, and branding.Proven expertise in creating effective digital strategies and providing expert guidance to clients on growing their brand online.Ability to overcome challenges and implement solutionsDigital Silk is built upon the principles of self-betterment, excellence, proactivity, and teamwork.
